Panther Stadium
	Starr Electric Company, Greensboro, North Carolina, and Howard Brothers, Charlotte, North Carolina, are large electrical contractors operating throughout the Southeastern United States. Recently, they joined forces under the name Howard/Starr. A Joint Venture, to execute a major project at Carolinas NFL Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers.
"The Panther stadium project was extensive. We had nine 4,000 amp services and 396 750MCM termination's in the switchboards to deal with. The original job was all copper conductors. In an effort to save money, they decided to convert to compact strand aluminum conductors with compression connectors."
